Krishna Temple Tour Delhi- Mathura Itinerary :

Day 1 :

Arrival in Delhi in Morning – Transfer to Hotel, after freshen up proceed to visit Temple in Delhi. Visit Birla Mandir - Birla Mandir, also famous as Laxmi-Narayan Temple, ranks among the most prominent landmarks in Delhi and have served as a tourist hub for travelers from all across the globe. this temple is mainly dedicated to the preserver of Hindu Trinity - Lord Vishnu and enshrines magnificent deities of Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi. The temple remains opens to devotees from 7 am to 12 pm in the morning and from 2 pm to 9 pm in the evening. Then Visit ISKCON Temple - ISKCON temple Also known as Hare Rama Hare Krishna Temple, this magnificent shrine is perched on the serene peripheries of Hare Krishna Hill in East of Kailash, away from the bustles of Delhi. Adorned with the marble effigies of Lord Krishna, Radha and other deities, ISKCON temple, with its sprawling premise, manicured lawns, library and a hi-tech museum indeed ranks high among the most revered shrines in the capital city. The temple remains open to the devotees from 4.30 am to 12 pm in the morning and from 4 pm to 9 pm in the evening. Overnight in Delhi.

Day 2:

Morning proceed to Visit Akshardham Temple - The ambrosial Akshardham Temple, apparently fêted as the largest Hindu temple complex in the world by Guinness World Record Committee, is a recent inclusion to the city of Delhi and has emerged as symbol of impeccable beauty, bliss and grandeur. Modeled after the Akshardham Temple in Ahmedabad, this Hindu shrine, inspired by Pramukh Swami Maharaj, is well famed as India’s biggest spiritual theme park. Perched on the banks of river Yamuna, this straggling pink sandstone cultural complex spread across 100 acres of land, displays the splendor of Indian history, art, culture and values. This temple is open to devotees from Tuesday to Monday (9 am to 9 pm) then proceed to Mathura ( 170 Km ) overnight stay in Mathura.

Day 3 :

Visit Barsana - 21 Kms. to the north of Goverdhan the birth place of Radha a favourite devotee of Lord Krishna. It is a famous place for pilgrimage , then visit Gokul - is located 15 km south-east of Mathura . Hindus believe that Lord Krishna spent his childhood in Gokula, Govardhan - Lord Goverdhan' is Lord Krishna’s replica and the chappan bhog offered by villagers became famous as ‘Annakoot’; lord Krishna himself accepted all the bhog by his several hands by appearing before them in the form of lord Goverdhan, Nandgaon - AT the foot of a hill 51 Kms. north-east of Mathura is situated the venerable village of Nandgaon. It is known as the home of Lord Krishna's foster father Nand, in whose memory a spacious temple stand on the brow of the hill, Vrindavan - Vrindavan, around 15 km from Mathura, is a little town and a major place of pilgrimage on the banks of Yamuna. Vrindavan is synonymous with the childhood pastimes of Sri Krishna. Back to Mathura for overnight stay.

Day 4 :

Morning darshan of krishna Janmbhoomi Temple - This temple is the birthplace of ancient Hindu god Lord Krishna. The temple stands on the same place where lord Krishna was born to Devaki and Vasudev and return back to Delhi by evening. Tour Ends.
