By Air :
The Hooghly region does not possess an airport. The nearest airport is located outside the city of Kolkata. The Netaji Subash Chandra Bose Airport is an international one and excellent connectivity to many places across the country.
By Train :
The district has a few railway stations at places such as Bandel, Kamarakundu, Seoraphuli and Dankuni. The Hooghly station is well connected to the city of Howrah as well.
